The Seller uses a website provider platform, Easystore (Platform) where the website is operating on the Platform, with its codes, structures and infrastructure propriety to the Platform. The Seller has very limited access to Platform database for User information except basic data in the account, purchase and delivery, restricted to name, contact details such as mobile phone, delivery and billing addresses etc permitted by the Platform. 

By using the Service, User grants permission to the Seller to use this information for the Seller general business activities and to fulfil its obligation under each purchase such as providing contact details to 3rd party delivery service provider to perform their service. 

The Seller uses a secured online payment service via a Payment Gateway approved by Bank Negara, Malaysia, that confidential information related to payment are kept confidential from the Seller. Integration between the Platform and the Payment Gateway are done among the two entities without the Seller’s involvement. 

The Seller does not have knowledge of and control to how the User information are used by the Platform, Payment Gateway and delivery service provider.  Privacy and data protection policies of the Platform, Payment Gateway and delivery service provider shall be followed and complied with, that the Seller shall be fully indemnified and kept harmless from any claims, actions, cost and loss of the related matter.
