Please be remind the goods are highly perishable food and beverage.

Goods sold are NOT refundable, replaceable, or returnable except under two conditions below described in Terms of Service:
    a. Accepted cancellation by Seller 
    b. Declination of Order by Seller
in condition, Seller must have received full payment of the Order value in its bank account.


Refund amount shall be at Seller’s sole discretion to maximum the Order value. 

All refund will be done via bank transfer only, to the User’s valid and active saving/current bank account. No 3rd party account is allowed for the refund. 

User provides Seller his/her valid and active bank account number, bank name, and account type. 

Refund shall take place within 3-14days after receipt of the above bank information of User. User will be notified upon successful refund by Seller.

If the User has any disagreement of this policy, please stop using the Service.
