Foods taste always better when dine-in. 

To enjoy your packed food better, consume as soon as it is delivered. For later consumption (although it’s not advisable), refrigerate, check its condition, and reheat necessarily before consuming. Do not keep more than few hours, they are highly perishable. 

Besides, avoid ordering food that contains cheese for later consumption, it turns hard and oily when it is cold (you might have learnt it from your cold pizza 😊). Most of our pasta including aglio-olio contains cheese. 

Order and Delivery

All orders must be placed during working weekdays prior to intended delivery date and time 

a. Delivery : min 18hrs bef

b. Pickup : min 24hrs bef

You will receive a notification if your order is accepted or declined, please do check your email, messages and calls.

 We offer following options:

1. Pickup at fixed location designated collection point within a defined collection time
   
   
   • TRX, Menara Affin, Pickup Point, designated collection point, level P4
     11:30 am to 12:00 pm, Working Weekdays (Mon-Fri, except Public Holiday)
     
     
   • TRX, Menara HSBC-IQ, Pickup Point, designated collection point, level P4 
     11:30 am to 12:00 pm, Working Weekdays (Mon-Fri, except Public Holiday)
     
     
   • TRX, Exchange 106, P4 Pickup Point, designated collection point, level P4 
     11:30 am to 12:00 pm, Working Weekdays (Mon-Fri, except Public Holiday)
     
     
2. Delivery, following preset postcodes, within KL City proximity and PJ SS16

Make sure contact information, delivery address are valid and fully accessible. 
Mobile phone must be reachable during the time of delivery.
Please make yourself available for collection and be punctual. Refer to Terms of Service. Foods may be discarded or left unattended in case of "no-show" or late collection.
